Important Record Update

In an effort to ensure parents receive up-to-date information when there is an emergency on campus or when weather impacts school schedules, Del Valle ISD is requesting that parents update their phone number and email address on file with the district. 

In order to be contacted by email, automated phone call, or text message please update your information using the instructions below:

  1. Log-on to the Skyward Family Access by visiting http://bit.ly/DVISDupdate 
  2. Click the “Update/Actualizar” button at the bottom of the page.
              *If needed, there is a Skyward video and written tutorial available on the page.
  3. To receive SMS/text messages, you must list your cell phone number in the cell phone field in Skyward AND opt in to receiving text messages from Del Valle ISD by texting “Y” or “Yes” to 68453 from the cell phone on which you wish to receive SMS texts.

Ojeda’s Gator Camps are back from February 26th-28th. We’re getting ready to soar on STAAR!

Class in session! We will hold Saturday School on February 22 and March 7th from 8a-12p. Transportation available and pizza provided for lunch! Come learn, play, and make up hours missed!

Reminder: Upcoming testing dates for Ojeda Benchmarks are as follows:

March 3rd: 6th/7th grades Math, 8th grade Science
March 4th: 6th/7th grades Reading, 8th grade Social Studies
March 5th: 8th grade Algebra

75% percent of voters approved the DVISD $284 million bond. The bond includes upgrades for current facilities, safety & security, and technology infrastructure & equipment along with the replacement of buses and future land purchases.

Points of Pride

Del Valle ISD serves over 11,000 students on 15 campuses and works to do “Whatever It Takes” for their students. The district’s official mascot is the cardinal and the colors are true red and white.
